The 1st arrondissement sits on the right bank of Paris’s river Seine. It’s a neighbourhood that’s contemporary, chic and centrally located. This space is not far from the landmark colette department store. A world-famous brand (and a great idea) that first found success here in the heart of the city. The space is accessed by private entrance from the street and includes a private courtyard; a peaceful and welcoming entrance for guests. Inside it’s rustic and luxurious, with original stone pillars that have been restored, black tiles and a slanted roof with skylights. The space is split into three long rooms, each of which can be used for different purposes. The space would work well as a showroom or gallery – with ideas that are discreet and chic. Though footfall here is growing all the time, the space isn’t accessible directly from the street – so think about who and how you intend to draw people to your door.
