Rules of The Space
There is a security deposit involved. This is refundable as long as the space is returned as given.
You receive the keys for the duration of your pop up. You may operate during any hours as a business. At 11pm the music must be turned down if the business will stay open into the night. Events/music need to end at 11pm. Exceptions can be made with approval prior.
You will be required to sign Open Gallery Spaces Terms/Policy.
General liability insurance for $1mill required for tenancy.
